At Les Arnauds, Sheila, originally from Britain, warmly welcomes you to her family home where she has lived for years. Always ready with great advice for cultural and culinary outings, she is accompanied by Leïca, her joyful and affectionate Australian Shepherd who loves to greet visitors. Please note that this enthusiastic guardian does not appreciate the company of other dogs in her domain.
What Our Guests Say
If you want to discover true 'French Provence', then this is the place for you. The owner speaks fluent French and English and does everything possible to make you feel at home. We woke up to the most amazing breakfast prepared for us with lots of love (see photo). The rooms are traditional and rustic, and the bed was very comfortable. I also enjoyed sitting outside in the shade reading a book. Two days and I felt full of energy. I will definitely return.

Wonderful stay in a historic house built in the 1200s. Beautiful grounds with gardens. The pool has views overlooking the valley. Amazing breakfast! Shiela was a wonderful host. We enjoyed speaking with her. Our room had views of olive trees and a vineyard. Gorgeous and so peaceful!

I think Les Arnauds was our best experience during our Provence trip. It's a beautiful, old and well kept house just 5 minutes drive to Aix center. When we first saw the entrance we said that we did the best choice. It's 100% Provençal and Sheila and her daughters are always smiling and friendly! the room was excellent, much larger than our expectations. It was like a suite with a beautiful Provence view! The breakfast and home made jams were excellent. I really cannot find any negative point for Les Arnauds. I wish I could stay more than 2 nights! Don't confuse your mind, if you go to Aix-en-Provence just stay there!
